For nurses
For nurses and care teams
When a patient needs prosthetic care and the path isn't clear, you can reach us directly.
Why this page exists
Many of our patients first reached us because a nurse, therapist or navigator advocated for them. You often see the gaps first: a patient waiting with no clear next step, or a facility without an anaplastologist. This page is for you.

Patients can complete Find your starting point, a short, private questionnaire that helps us give them a tailored experience when they call.
We coordinate with the physician
Care begins with an order from the patient's physician. We coordinate with you and the physician's office to ensure we receive the necessary documents, records and imaging.
